Here you can proceed to make a payment and secure your appointment or settle your outstanding payment.
Please note, this process is not to be used to make an appointment without booking first.

Before making a payment, a reservation must be made and confirmed via email prior to paying. You can request a booking by clicking here.

Please note, you may be charged by your card provider for transactions made via this website.

Please note, if you have booked to be picked up from an airport, seaport, or train station, payment must be made in full at least 48 hours prior to the date of pickup.

Humber Travel reserves the right to confirm, decline or adjust any charges for any or all services at any time. By making your payment here, you acknowledge and agree that charges applicable in certain geographical areas may increase during times of high demand. Humber travel will do their best to inform you of any charges that may apply in reasonable time.

If you are booking a Meet and Greet service, an additional charge of £10 will be added to the total price of your journey. This charge of £10 is to be paid beforehand.

Additional drop-offs that are made within one booking

A grace period of one hour wait time will be given before a charge of £20 for every hour thereafter is applied.

You have a right to cancel your booking within 24 hours of receiving confirmation, provided your booking is made more than 24 hours before the time of journey departure.

Bookings made less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded if cancelled.
